Compatibility

This connector is designed for use with standard Category 6A Ethernet cable, supporting data rates up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) at 500 MHz. It is compatible with 22-24 AWG solid or stranded copper conductors. The EZ-style pass-through design ensures compatibility with a wide range of patch panels, keystone jacks, and inline couplers that accept standard RJ45 connectors.

Installation Notes

For optimal performance and reliability, ensure cable jacket is stripped to expose conductors without nicking them. Pass wires through the connector, aligning them according to the 568A or 568B color code. Once wires are seated, use a specialized crimping tool with a flush-cut blade to trim the excess wires and crimp the connector simultaneously. Ensure the connector is fully seated and crimped for a secure connection. Recommended torque for termination is not applicable as this is a crimp-style connector.
