Processing Window
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-business-day processing and shipment. This applies to in-stock items that do not require additional handling, configuration, or manufacturer-direct fulfillment.
- Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM CST process the next business day
- Weekends and federal holidays are excluded from processing
- Stock status is verified at order confirmation
What Same-Day Means Operationally
Same-day processing means the order is picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier within the same business day. Carrier pickup schedules determine when the package enters the transit network.

Same-day shipment does not guarantee next-day delivery. Processing time (order to carrier handoff) and transit time (carrier to destination) are independent. Select an expedited service level at checkout if delivery speed is critical to your deployment schedule.
