The Chief KSA1021B is a black keyboard tray designed to mount keyboards beneath compatible monitor mounts. This accessory provides a dedicated, stable platform for keyboard placement, improving ergonomics and workflow efficiency in environments where a keyboard is frequently used alongside a display, such as security monitoring stations or control rooms. The KSA1021B model specifically addresses the need for organized workspace solutions within a professional AV or security setup.
This keyboard tray is engineered for direct attachment to specific Chief monitor mount series. It is confirmed compatible with the Chief KTA series monitor mounts, including models like the KTA1021 and KTA1022. Ensure your existing Chief mount is part of the KTA series for proper integration. It is not designed for use with other Chief mount families or third-party monitor mounts.
Installation involves attaching the KSA1021B tray to the underside of a compatible Chief KTA series monitor mount using the provided hardware. The process typically requires a Phillips head screwdriver. Ensure the mount is securely installed before attaching the tray. The tray's design allows for a clean, unobtrusive integration, maintaining the overall aesthetic and functionality of the mounted display system.
