The Chief FCA830 is a dedicated adapter designed to securely mount a center channel speaker above or below a display. This accessory is engineered for specific Chief Fusion mounts, ensuring a clean, integrated installation that complements the display and audio system. It solves the common problem of finding a stable and aesthetically pleasing mounting solution for center channel speakers in AV setups, particularly in commercial or professional environments where precise placement is critical for optimal audio performance.
This adapter is compatible with Chief Fusion wall mounts and carts that support the FCA accessory line. Specifically, it is designed for use with the following Chief Fusion series mounts: LCM, LVM, LVS, LCT, and LCV. It is not a universal adapter; verify your existing Chief Fusion mount is listed to ensure proper fit and function.
Installation requires attaching the FCA830 adapter to the display mounting brackets of a compatible Chief Fusion mount using the provided hardware. The center channel speaker then attaches to the adapter. Ensure all mounting hardware is tightened to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications to prevent movement or vibration. Consult the specific Chief Fusion mount's installation manual for detailed instructions and torque values.
