The Add-On CAB-SFP-50CM-AO is a 50cm TAA-compliant Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cable designed for short-reach, high-speed network connections. It provides a cost-effective alternative to fiber optics for inter-rack or intra-rack connectivity in data centers, enterprise networks, and surveillance systems. This cable ensures reliable data transmission up to 10.3125 Gbps, meeting MSA standards for interoperability. Its 30AWG wire gauge and 4.2mm diameter facilitate easy routing in dense environments.

This cable is compatible with any networking equipment featuring SFP+ ports that adhere to SFP+ MSA standards. This includes a wide range of switches, routers, network interface cards (NICs), and surveillance-grade network appliances from various manufacturers that support 10 Gigabit Ethernet or Fibre Channel connectivity. The minimum bending radius is 25mm, allowing for moderate cable management without signal degradation. The cable's impedance is rated at 90 to 110 Ohms.
