Overview
The DECO BE63(1-PACK) is a single-unit Wi-Fi 7 mesh router delivering 10 Gbps aggregate throughput across three bands: 574 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, 4320 Mbps at 5 GHz, and 5760 Mbps at 6 GHz. Tri-band architecture with 320 MHz channel width on 6 GHz and 240 MHz on 5 GHz keeps congestion low when clients cluster on the newest spectrum. Internal antennas reduce visual clutter while 6-stream OFDMA and MU-MIMO ensure multiple devices share capacity without serialization bottlenecks. Four 2.5 Gigabit ports (WAN/LAN auto-sensing) plus one USB 3.0 port handle wired backhaul or device expansion—useful for storage, printers, or NAS systems on the same local network. HomeShield adds DNS-level threat filtering, parental controls, and QoS rules without requiring a separate security appliance. Router or AP mode operation means you can extend an existing network or replace an older gateway entirely.
Compatibility
The DECO BE63(1-PACK) works with any standard 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7) or legacy 802.11ax/ac/n client: phones, tablets, laptops, IoT devices, and IP cameras that support Wi-Fi connectivity. Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands are supported for basic control. When used in AP mode, pair this unit with any DOCSIS 3.1 gateway or dedicated modem. AI Mesh extends coverage by adding additional Deco nodes (any Deco Wi-Fi 7 or Wi-Fi 6 unit can join the network); you manage the entire mesh through the single Deco App. IPv6 and IPTV support ensure compatibility with modern carrier deployments and multicast streams.
