Deploy this as a primary router or access point using the Deco App for centralized management across multiple units.
Compatibility
The HB810 operates as a standalone router in standard mode or integrates into larger mesh networks via AI Mesh technology, allowing pairing with other TP-Link Deco Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 5 units. The 10 Gigabit RJ45 port connects directly to SFP+ infrastructure or standard 10G Ethernet switches without adapters. The dual 2.5 Gigabit ports auto-detect WAN vs. LAN assignment, simplifying provisioning in mixed-infrastructure environments. IPv6 and IPTV support ensure compatibility with modern ISP architectures. Installation Notes
Position the unit centrally in coverage areas to exploit 8 internal antennas and 12-stream architecture. The 320MHz bandwidth on 6 GHz and 240MHz on 5 GHz demand clean RF environments — keep away from microwave ovens and adjacent channel sources. Use the combo port for backbone uplink to your core network; WAN port auto-sensing means either 2.5G port can be the primary connection.
