ATEN VM7904 Switch Board

The ATEN VM7904 is a 4-port 4K DisplayPort input board designed to expand the input capabilities of compatible ATEN video matrix switchers. It enables the integration of multiple DisplayPort sources into a unified video distribution system, specifically supporting resolutions up to 4096x2160@30Hz (4:4:4) and 3840x2160@30Hz (4:4:4). Installation Notes
The VM7904 supports mounting via pole or rack configurations. The maximum signal transmission distance is limited to 3 meters, necessitating placement of sources within this range of the matrix switcher. The input connectors are 4 x Captive Screw Connectors, 5 Pole (Green), supporting stereo, balanced/unbalanced audio signals. Operating humidity should remain between 0-80% RH, non-condensing, to prevent component damage. Firmware upgrades are available, with version v1.1.101 released on 2022-04-12.
