The ATEN KL1508AM is a rackmount LCD KVM switch that consolidates control of up to 8 servers from a single integrated 17-inch display unit — eliminating the need for a separate console monitor, keyboard, and mouse in the rack. Daisy-chain up to 32 additional compatible ATEN KVM switches to reach a maximum of 256 servers from this single console, making it a practical choice for mid-to-large server deployments that need to scale without adding more KVM hardware per rack. Port switching is handled via OSD menu, hotkey sequences, or front-panel pushbuttons — giving operators flexibility depending on whether they're at the rack or scripting access remotely.
