Overview

The PSI5-500SRT1ULI is a 500VA/450W line-interactive UPS built around a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery — the core reason to choose it over comparably sized lead-acid units. Where a standard VRLA battery needs replacement every 3–5 years, the LiFePO4 chemistry here is rated for 8 to 10 years, cutting total-cost-of-ownership for installations where battery swap labor is expensive or access is inconvenient. At 12.3 lbs and 8.85 inches deep, the PSI5-500SRT1ULI fits in shallow-depth wall-mount enclosures and short network cabinets where a conventional 1U UPS won't clear the door.
