The cage is part of STI's Clock and Bell Damage Stopper family, which includes larger variants (18-inch and 24-inch models) for oversized installations. Confirm your current clock or bell form factor fits within the specified dimensional envelope.
Installation Notes
Installation requires four anchor points drilled into the mounting surface. The kit includes (4) mounting clamps and (4) mounting screws for standard fastening. For lag bolt installations, use lag shields rated for your wall material and ensure anchors sit flush with the surface before inserting the guard. Select lag bolt length to guarantee full thread engagement. Installations requiring tamper-proof fasteners should order STI KIT-82 (stainless steel screws and 19038 security bit) separately. The cage mounts at a 75-degree angle relative to the surface. Drill four 3/16-inch (5mm) holes following the provided installation pictorial.
