The STI-9703 is a Light Damage Stopper® door strike designed to integrate into commercial access control systems where tamper resistance and reliable door security matter. This strike assembly mounts to standard door frame installations and pairs with electromagnetic locking hardware typical of controlled-entry facilities. Deploy this where you need proven latch retention without complex mechanical override — offices, secure storage rooms, and multi-tenant commercial buildings where access control logic drives the unlock cycle.
The STI-9703 integrates with standard access control strike configurations used across commercial door hardware systems. It works with electromagnetic lock assemblies powered by standard 12V or 24V access control circuits. Compatible with conventional card readers, keypads, and proximity systems wired through typical access control panels. Fits standard 1-3/8" to 2-1/4" door frames and single-door or multi-door security deployments where bolt-release control is managed by an access control system.
Mounting requires six 1/4" anchor holes drilled 1-1/2" deep into the door frame; six #10 anchors and Phillips pan-head screws are provided. Center the strike assembly on the frame, mark all six hole locations, drill, insert anchors, position the strike, insert screws, and tighten. No special tools beyond a 1/4" drill bit are needed. Electrical wiring connects to your access control power and relay output — follow your panel's documentation for strike circuit wiring (typically 12V or 24V DC through a monitored door relay). Environmental limits: use indoors only; not rated for outdoor or wet environments.
