Overview
The Panduit QuickNet™ SFQ cassette, model FQXO-12-10AS, provides a structured method for terminating MPO fiber trunk cables into LC duplex connections within fiber optic panels. This OM3 cassette supports 12 fibers and is designed for deployments requiring efficient fiber management and optimized performance, utilizing standard Method A polarity. Its polycarbonate construction ensures durability in commercial network environments.
Compatibility
This FQXO-12-10AS cassette is designed for use with Panduit QuickNet™ fiber optic panels and enclosures. It terminates a 12-fiber MPO male connector into 6 duplex LC connectors, suitable for standard 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) and 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet (40/100GbE) SR applications. It is compatible with OM3 laser-optimized multimode fiber, ensuring reliable data transmission for network backbone and data center interconnects.
Installation Notes
The cassette features a black housing with a black MPO connector and 6 blue LC adapters, each equipped with dust caps to protect the fiber ends. The optimized insertion loss and standard Method A polarity simplify integration into existing structured cabling systems. Ensure the MPO connector is clean before insertion to maintain performance.
