Overview
The QSW-M3224-24T-US is a 1U rackmount managed network switch delivering 24 x 10GbE RJ45 ports in a single chassis — purpose-built for enterprise backbones, high-density NVR aggregation, and surveillance distribution layers where 1GbE is no longer sufficient. The 480Gbps switching capacity and 240Gbps total non-blocking throughput mean every port can push wire-rate traffic simultaneously without contention, which matters when you're aggregating dozens of high-resolution IP cameras or connecting QNAP NAS and NVR devices with multi-stream 4K or 8K workloads. Multi-Gig NBASE-T support (10G / 5G / 2.5G / 1G) on every RJ45 port lets you extract performance from existing Cat6 runs without a full recabling project — useful when retrofitting 2.5G workstations or access points into a 10G core. L3 Lite management gives you VLAN segmentation, static routing, and QoS controls without the cost of a full Layer 3 platform.
Compatibility
All 24 ports support 10GBASE-T and NBASE-T, making this switch a direct upstream aggregator for network video recorders and NAS arrays that carry dual 10GbE or 2.5GbE uplinks — including QNAP TVS-h, TS-h, and QTS-hero series NAS with 10GbE expansion cards. Compatible with any 10GBASE-T or NBASE-T endpoint: servers, workstations, and IP cameras equipped with multi-gig NICs. The 32K MAC address table supports large flat or segmented Layer 2 domains without table exhaustion in high-endpoint-count deployments. For uplink connectivity to a core or distribution switch, pair with SFP+ transceivers or fiber uplink modules as your topology requires. Universal AC input (100–240VAC, 50/60Hz) allows deployment in any standard rack environment globally.
Installation Notes
