The FPO150/250-2C8P2D8PE8M is a 400W rated power enclosure designed to distribute 12V and 24V DC to access control, surveillance, and building security equipment across distributed deployments. The 16-channel discrete relay (16DR) Mercury configuration outputs two 8-position plug connectors plus two 8-pin Phoenix-style terminals, allowing simultaneous multi-voltage delivery to mixed loads without custom harnesses. Fits a standard 36H x 30W x 4.5D E8M wall-mount or rack-adjacent enclosure—meaning it integrates directly into existing electrical closets without requiring separate cabinetry.
This unit sources power to 12V and 24V circuits found in commercial access control systems, IP camera power distribution racks, emergency lighting controllers, and security switching equipment. The two 8-position connectors and two 8-pin Phoenix terminals support plug-and-play wiring to standard DIN-rail mounted equipment and legacy relay modules. Verify that your downstream loads (individual camera PoE injectors, door strike coils, zone relay modules) are rated for either 12V or 24V DC input—the FPO150/250-2C8P2D8PE8M provides both, but does not downconvert between them. Maximum simultaneous draw is 400W across all outputs combined; oversizing individual circuits will starve others.
This is a power distribution chassis designed for indoor electrical enclosure mounting only. Requires a primary 120V or 240V AC source feeding internal transformers and rectifiers (confirm your facility voltage before ordering). The E8M enclosure is not weatherproof—do not install in wet locations, outdoors, or near HVAC condensation. Wire all 12V and 24V outputs using appropriately gauged insulation; Phoenix connectors accept 14–18 AWG wire with proper crimp ferrules. Ground all frames and shields to building ground before energizing. No battery backup is included; for UPS-protected critical circuits, pair this unit with an external UPS or backup supply.
