The Geovision 140-POE0812-000 is an 8-port PoE+ network switch designed to deliver both power and data to networked surveillance equipment over a single Ethernet cable. The switch includes 2 SFP open slots for optional fiber-optic uplinks (GV-LC, GV-LC10, GV-LC V2, GV-LC10 V2 transceivers available separately) — useful when extending to distant buildings or isolating surveillance traffic from office networks.
