The Geovision 125-GDR4900-0010 is a compact, hardened outdoor IP camera rated IP67 and IK10 — meaning it withstands complete dust sealing and immersion to 1 meter for 30 minutes, plus vandal-level impact resistance. Built for perimeter walls, pole mounts, corner installations, and rack deployments in warehouses, industrial facilities, and outdoor monitoring zones where equipment faces weather exposure and physical contact risk. The 199×139 resolution pairs with H.265 compression to cut storage footprint roughly in half compared to H.264 — a real factor when you're recording 24/7 across dozens of cameras and retention budgets are tight. Operates on standard PoE (802.3af), eliminating dedicated electrical runs and simplifying power distribution across your surveillance network.
Compatibility
This camera integrates with standard IPCAM-category network surveillance infrastructure. The modular mounting system supports wall brackets (GV-Mount211-4), wall mount sets (GV-Mount211-9), corner brackets (GV-Mount314), pole mounts (GV-Mount470), junction boxes (GV-Mount509), and rack power box mounts (GV-Mount927). PoE power can be delivered via Geovision GV-PA191 standard PoE adapters, GV-PA301 Gigabit PoE adapters, or any PoE switch. Geovision accessories (PoE injectors, power boxes, junction boxes) are available separately to support diverse site layouts.

The fixed 2.8mm lens (F/1.6 maximum aperture, 95.3° horizontal FOV) is not user-adjustable, so mount placement and height must account for the field of view before installation. PoE power draw stays within 802.3af limits (under 13W), avoiding switch power budget strain.
