Unlike standalone readers, this unit transmits live video to your access control system — GV-ASManager — over the network, eliminating the need for separate camera infrastructure at checkpoints, gates, and access doors. The 2MP resolution provides sufficient detail for card validation logging and facial recognition integration in access control workflows.

The 84-CR13200-0010 integrates with Geovision access control ecosystems, specifically the GV-ASManager platform, and connects to GV-Controllers via RS-485 or Wiegand interface. The unit supports standard 13.56 MHz credentials: access cards, fobs, stickers, and tags. Third-party Wiegand controllers are compatible when paired with the GV-WTR converter (Wiegand-to-RS-485 bridge).
