The PNL60-WH is a replacement faceplate in satin white finish for Viking's Viking Electronics E-60 Series double gang mount VoIP entry phones. If an installed E-60 faceplate is damaged, discolored, or you're retrofitting a white finish into an existing deployment, the PNL60-WH provides an exact factory match — including color-matched screws and LED light pipe — so the replacement is visually and functionally seamless. This is not an upgrade or a standalone device; it is a direct service part for VoIP entry phone installations where the front plate needs to be swapped without pulling and replacing the full phone assembly.

Compatibility

The PNL60-WH is purpose-built for the Viking E-60 Series double gang mount VoIP entry phones. This includes the E-60-WH (white) and the broader E-60-IP Series models that mount in a standard double gang wall box. It is not compatible with the E-40 or E-50 Series — those use PNL40 and PNL50 faceplates respectively. Confirm your installed model is an E-60 variant before ordering. The black finish equivalent is the PNL60-BK for deployments where the surrounding hardware is dark or powder-coated.

Installation Notes

The PNL60-WH flush mounts in a standard double gang box — no special enclosure required. Faceplate dimensions are 123.8 mm x 125.4 mm x 4.3 mm, fitting the E-60's existing footprint exactly. The LED light pipe is included, so there's no separate sourcing needed for that component. The underlying phone dimensions (72 mm x 46 mm x 42 mm) are unchanged by the swap. The E-60 phone assembly itself operates at under 4W via PoE Class 1 (IEEE 802.3af), so no wiring or power changes are required when replacing the faceplate only. Operating environment for the E-60 platform runs from -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F), meaning this part is suitable for installations in unheated vestibules, parking structures, or exterior kiosks where the base unit is already deployed in those conditions.
