Overview
The RLNK-P415 is Middle Atlantic's compact Premium+ PDU designed for 1U rack bays where you need remote power management without a full-size unit consuming shelf space. It delivers 15A over four NEMA 5-15R outlets with 2-stage surge protection and a rear LAN port for RackLink network control — meaning you can remotely cycle individual outlet power, monitor draw, and respond to equipment lockups without rolling a truck to the rack. The 80–140V input range accommodates minor voltage fluctuations common in commercial buildings without tripping protection unnecessarily.
Compatibility
The RLNK-P415 fits standard EIA 19-inch rack enclosures and integrates with Middle Atlantic's RackLink software platform for networked outlet-level control and monitoring. The four NEMA 5-15R receptacles accommodate standard 15A/120V plugs common to IP security appliances: NVRs, PoE switches, access control servers, and video management workstations. At 15A total capacity, plan your connected load carefully — a rack running multiple PoE switches and a recording server will approach this ceiling quickly, making load balancing across circuits essential. Not rated for 20A devices or international voltages; the NEMA 5-15R receptacle type physically prevents 20A plug insertion, which is an intentional constraint, not a gap.
Installation Notes
The unit is UL Listed and ships at 6.6 lbs — factor that into total rack weight budgets when calculating shelf and rack rail load limits. Output ports include a rear LAN connection for RackLink network integration; provision a dedicated management VLAN port on your switch if your security policy segregates OOB management traffic. TAA compliance is not supported on this SKU — verify procurement requirements before ordering for federal or government-funded installations. Not available for international shipment.
