Camden CM-AF141SO LED Dome Light with Sounder
Overview
The CM-AF141SO is a single-gang mounted LED dome light paired with an integrated piezo sounder for visual and audible corridor annunciation in access control and emergency response installations. The wedge-shaped lens design delivers superbright LED illumination visible from either end of a corridor—critical when door strike events or alarm conditions need immediate visual confirmation in hallways or multi-zone facilities. The piezo buzzer produces 93 dB at 1 metre (3 feet) with user-adjustable volume, so you can tune output for the environment without field modifications.
Compatibility
The CM-AF141SO mounts to any standard single-gang electrical box (US/Canada 2.5" × 4.25" cutout), making it compatible with most access control panel wiring runs and 12–24V DC/AC power sources. The non-polarized leads accept either polarity, simplifying integration into existing door-strike, buzzer, or alarm output circuits that supply 12 or 24V. If your access control panel offers a dedicated sounder or light output (typically a relay contact or low-current DC output rated 12–24V), the CM-AF141SO can be wired directly without intermediary relays—verify your panel's output current capacity (unit draws max 70 mA).
Installation Notes
Mount the base unit to the electrical box using the supplied 6-32 screws and foam gasket for weatherproofing and vibration isolation. Insert the O-ring gasket into the front channel, leaving a small opening at the bottom as specified in the manual. Install the Phillips locking screw at the base bottom, then insert and secure the lens. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to adjust sounder volume by turning the internal potentiometer counter-clockwise (decrease) or clockwise (increase). Wiring requires only two black non-polarized leads—no polarity concerns simplify field installation.
