Camden CI-PBS3 3-Button Control Station
Overview
The CI-PBS3 is a three-button manual control station in a stainless steel NEMA 1 enclosure rated for 3 amperes at 250 VAC. It delivers separate OPEN, CLOSE, and STOP momentary contacts — the simplest, most reliable way to let operators command gate openers, overhead door motors, and barrier controls without electronics in the signal path. Deploy this where you need a hardwired manual override or primary control point for industrial door and gate applications: loading docks, warehouse entry gates, parking barriers, and factory access points where a direct mechanical button press is faster and more fail-safe than a keypad or wireless command.
Compatibility
The CI-PBS3 works with any gate operator, door striker, overhead door motor, or barrier control that accepts three independent momentary switch contacts (two normally-open, one normally-closed). Standard voltage requirement is 250 VAC switching capacity. It integrates into access control systems as a secondary control point or as the primary command interface for non-networked motor-driven barriers. Confirm your operator's control input specification matches the 3A @ 250VAC rating before installation.
Installation Notes
Mount the NEMA 1 enclosure indoors or in protected light-duty outdoor locations using liquid-tight conduit per UL and CSA standards. The stainless steel housing resists corrosion in damp industrial environments but does not meet NEMA 4 submersion ratings — avoid direct spray or washdown exposure. Wire the three button outputs (two Form A, one Form B) to the target operator's control terminals using appropriately rated cable. The 250 VAC switching capacity assumes resistive or inductive loads typical of motor control circuits; verify load type with your operator documentation.
