Overview

IX-SOFT is a software-based master answering station for Aiphone IX and IxG Series networked intercom systems. Deploy it on Windows PCs to place and receive calls, monitor door stations, manage paging, control door release functions, and screen visitors across your facility. The software supports up to 499 connected stations with 50 programmable speed-dial buttons and full call history logging.

Key Capabilities

Interactive map-based station control allows you to select and manage individual or grouped stations. Call transfer functionality supports up to 9,998 stations in expanded mode. Line supervision protocol enables real-time device status and network health monitoring. Video streams via ONVIF Profile S with H.264 and Motion-JPEG codec support.

Compatibility

Certified compatible with Cisco Unified Call Manager and Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCx Enterprise (OxE) and OxO Connect platforms. Supports IPv4 and IPv6 with SIP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, RTSP, and IGMP protocols. TLS 1.2 encryption with CRAM-MD5 email authentication.

Windows 7 Professional/Enterprise/Ultimate, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (Home/Pro/Enterprise/Education), or Windows 11 (Home/Pro/Enterprise). 32-bit or 64-bit x86/x64 processor at 2 GHz minimum. 4 GB RAM minimum. 1280×768 screen resolution or higher. .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2017 or later required.
