Aiphone AX-DV Surface Mount Video Door Station

Overview

The Aiphone AX-DV is a surface-mount video door station designed for IP-based intercom systems. It delivers fixed 1/4" CCD video capture with a 2'1" vertical by 3'1" horizontal field of view at 20 inches, making it suitable for entry verification and hands-free communication. Built from aluminum die-cast housing, the unit features a polycarbonate lens cover and automatic LED illumination for low-light conditions. PoE+ (802.3at) power delivery via Cat-5e cabling eliminates the need for external power supplies at the door.

Compatibility

The AX-DV integrates with Aiphone AX Series master stations and central exchange units. It operates across Cat-5e installations up to 980 feet. IP43 rating supports standard indoor and sheltered outdoor deployment environments. Surface-mount installation attaches directly to wall surfaces, making retrofit and new-build integration straightforward for security integrators and installers.
