Overview

The Panduit UTPCH15BUY is a 15-foot (4.57m) blue Cat5e Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) patch cord designed for reliable data transmission in commercial and industrial environments. Constructed with 24 AWG stranded copper and featuring integral pair managers and patented tangle-free latches, this cord streamlines network installations and maintenance. Its CM flammability rating ensures compliance for in-wall or riser applications. The integrated RapidID barcode simplifies port mapping and asset management when used with compatible software.

Compatibility

This patch cord supports Ethernet standards including 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T (Fast Ethernet), and 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet). It is also compatible with 155 Mb/s and 622 Mb/s ATM, Token Ring 4/16, and voice/data systems, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). The cable is wired for compatibility with both T568A and T568B schemes. It is designed to support IEEE 802.3af (PoE), 802.3at (PoE+), and 802.3bt (PoE++ up to Type 4) applications, ensuring power delivery without degradation for connected devices.
