The Middle Atlantic EWR-10-22SD is a 10-rack-unit (10U), 22-inch-deep economical pivoting wall rack finished in black wrinkle powder coat — built for edge equipment deployments where floor space is unavailable and a compact wall-mounted enclosure is the practical answer. The EWR-10-22SD ships with a front door and 10-32 threaded rack rails, covering the most common rack-mount fastener standard used in network switches, NVRs, patch panels, and access control hardware. At 17.5 inches of usable height and 20 inches of usable depth, it accommodates typical 1U–2U security and networking gear without requiring a full-depth enclosure. The UL-rated load capacity of 150 lbs means you can fully populate it with dense equipment — a mix of a PoE network switch, NVR, and patch panel won't come close to the ceiling. The pivoting (swing-out) design is the key deployment advantage: equipment stays wall-mounted but the entire rack pivots away from the wall for rear cable access, eliminating the need to pull hardware for maintenance.

The EWR-10-22SD accepts any standard 19-inch EIA-310 rack-mount equipment that fits within 10U of usable height and 20 inches of usable depth. This covers the majority of network video recorders, 1U managed PoE switches, 1U patch panels, UPS units up to 1500VA (verify depth), and access control servers in the standard rack form factor.
