Description

Viking Electronics K-1775-IP VoIP Stainless Steel Entry Phone with Keypad, Video, and Proximity Card Reader

Overview

The Viking Electronics K-1775-IP is a self-contained VoIP entry phone system integrating a 125KHz 26-bit Wiegand proximity card reader, analog color video camera, heavy-duty metal keypad, and a built-in entry system into a single 316 stainless steel flush- or surface-mount unit. Designed for commercial building entrances, secure vestibules, and gated access points where a single device needs to handle credential reading, visual verification, and two-way SIP audio without separate controllers or additional hardware. PoE Class 2 (<6.5W via 802.3af) eliminates a separate power run — one CAT5/6 cable handles power and data. The K-1775-IP stores up to 1,000 proximity cards and 1,000 keyless entry codes, supports 250 programmable dial numbers with 250 rollover numbers, and provides two sets of SPDT relay contacts (2A) for direct door-strike or gate control.

Compatibility

The 26-bit Wiegand card reader output integrates directly with the Viking Electronics ES-1 and C-4000 door controllers, or any third-party access control panel that accepts standard 26-bit Wiegand input. SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) compliance means the unit registers to any standards-based IP PBX or hosted SIP platform — Cisco, Avaya, Grandstream, 3CX, and similar. Audio codecs G.711u, G.711a, and G.722 are supported, with G.722 enabling wideband audio where the connected SIP endpoint supports it. For EWP (extreme weather protection) deployments, the companion K-1775-IP-EWP variant adds board-level protection and is rated to 100% humidity; the standard K-1775-IP is rated IP66, suitable for rain and washdown but not full immersion. Flush mounting uses the included rough-in box (4.5
