A blue call progress LED gives callers clear visual feedback that a call is in progress, reducing false activations and repeat button presses at busy entries. Compatibility
The VIK-W3000 is engineered to interface directly with Viking's telephony-based door control and entry systems. It is the base handsfree doorbox variant in the W-3000 family; the W-3000-EWP is the weather-protected variant for exterior or exposed installations. Flush mounting uses the included rough-in box. Surface mounting requires the optional VE-5x5 adapter — not included. Confirm your access control system supports a standard handsfree doorbox interface before ordering; Viking's product catalog covers business telephone systems, analog lines, and VoIP-compatible door controllers.
