Overview
The CL6700MW is a 1U rack-mounted KVM console from ATEN that combines a 17.3" LED-backlit widescreen display, integrated keyboard, and touchpad into a single rail-mount drawer — the practical choice when you need a dedicated local access point in a dense rack without dedicating 2U or more to a separate monitor and keyboard tray. Compatibility
The CL6700MW accepts three video input formats — DVI-D, HDMI, and VGA (HDB-15) — covering the output types found on nearly all current rack servers, KVM switches, and NVR appliances. USB connectivity handles keyboard and touchpad HID signaling. The console's DDC2B support allows the connected source to auto-detect display capabilities and set resolution correctly without manual EDID configuration — relevant when pairing with KVM switches that pass DDC data downstream.
