Overview

The STI-13220FR-FR Universal Stopper is a robust polycarbonate enclosure designed to protect critical communication and alarm devices, such as intercom stations and manual fire alarm pull stations, from vandalism, accidental damage, dust, and harsh environments. This surface mount model includes an integrated 105 dB horn and is specifically suited for French-language installations requiring clear audible alerts. Its design complies with ADA low-profile requirements, ensuring accessibility while providing essential device protection in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compatibility

This unit is engineered to accommodate most standard manual fire alarm stations and various intercom keypads. The STI-13220FR-FR is designed for surface mounting and is compatible with STI's optional internal mounting plates for sealed or open applications. It is intended for use with devices requiring a 24VDC power source for its optional relay output.

Installation Notes

The STI-13220FR-FR is designed for surface mounting. The top and bottom of the weatherproof box are threaded to accept a 3/4-inch rigid conduit. Gaskets are included for a secure seal. The unit requires a 24VDC power supply for the optional relay output. The integrated horn operates at 105 dB.
