Overview

The STI-13220CK Universal Stopper is a surface-mount protective enclosure designed to safeguard manual fire alarm stations, intercom units, keypads, and other critical devices from vandalism, accidental damage, dust, and harsh indoor or outdoor environments. Its robust polycarbonate construction provides a physical barrier, ensuring the protected device remains operational and accessible when needed. This model includes an integrated 105 dB horn and is suitable for installations where a surface-mounted solution is required.

Compatibility

This unit is dimensioned to fit most standard fire alarm stations and is compatible with various intercom units, keypads, emergency buttons, and electrical light switches or outlets. It is designed for interior and exterior use. The optional relay output requires a 12-24VDC power source.

Installation Notes

The STI-13220CK is designed for surface mounting. For outdoor installations requiring conduit connections, the top and bottom of the waterproof box are threaded for ¾” rigid conduit. Gaskets are included for sealing. The low-profile design complies with ADA standards. A custom label option is available for specific identification needs.
