STI STI-7515F Polycarbonate Access Control Housing
Overview
The STI-7515F is a lockable polycarbonate enclosure designed to protect access control lock, strike, and keypad assemblies from vandalism, accidental damage, and environmental exposure. It mounts over larger devices—such as electronic strikes, annunciators, and control components—where impact resistance and visibility are both required. The 94V-2 flammability-rated polycarbonate withstands typical industrial environments while remaining transparent so operators can see the protected device without removing the cover.
Compatibility
The STI-7515F is compatible with STI-7510 and STI-7511 series lock and strike housings. Mount hole locations are pre-drilled and specified in the datasheet; use these as reference for field installation. The enclosure is sized for larger access control components; confirm device footprint against published STI-7515F dimensions (8.44 × 5.17 × 4.50 inches) before ordering. Compatible with standard access control strike installations in commercial, institutional, and industrial control panel applications.
Installation Notes
Mounting hardware and gaskets are included. Integrated hinge and spacers provide fast installation without custom fabrication. The enclosure can be locked with either a key lock (0 designation) or thumb lock (1 designation) depending on your security and access speed requirements. Operating temperature range spans -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to 250°F), covering outdoor and unheated facility deployments. UL-recognized component rating; suitable for Type 3R industrial control panel use. The polycarbonate construction carries a three-year guarantee against breakage and damage in normal use.
