It provides immediate notification of water ingress, preventing costly damage to sensitive equipment like servers, network switches, and UPS systems. The SN-L1 is specifically intended for deployment in tight spaces where a 1-foot cable extension is required to reach potential leak points, such as under a UPS or near a specific rack row. Its power is drawn directly through the communications cable, simplifying installation and reducing the need for local power sources.

Compatibility

This sensor is engineered for direct integration with Vertiv's Unity and RPC2 monitoring platforms. It connects via a single leak cable input, feeding data back to the central management system. Ensure your Vertiv monitoring infrastructure is configured to accept input from SN-series sensors for full functionality.

Installation Notes

The SN-L1 can be mounted using the supplied bracket or secured with standard cable ties, offering flexible placement options.
