Overview

The Panduit JBX3510IW-A is a single-gang, two-piece snap-together outlet box designed for low-voltage applications within Panduit's Pan-Way® Surface Raceway system. This off-white PVC box provides a clean termination point for low-voltage wiring, accommodating standard NEMA single-gang faceplates or specific Pan-Way® screw-on faceplates. Its snap-together design and adhesive backing facilitate quick installation on walls or raceway surfaces without requiring specialized tools, making it ideal for structured cabling deployments in commercial or residential environments.

Compatibility

This junction box is engineered to work with Panduit Pan-Way® T45 and LD profile surface raceway systems. It accepts any NEMA standard single-gang faceplate, offering broad compatibility with common low-voltage connectors such as keystone jacks, audio/video connectors, and standard electrical faceplates (when used for low-voltage applications). It also specifically accepts Pan-Way® screw-on faceplates for a secure, integrated Panduit solution.

Installation Notes

The JBX3510IW-A features an adhesive backing for surface mounting, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for screws in many scenarios. For enhanced security or load-bearing applications, it can also be mounted using screws (mounting holes are present). The snap-together design ensures a secure fit between the two halves of the box. It is constructed from PVC material, suitable for indoor environments, and is RoHS compliant, meeting environmental standards for cabling infrastructure components.
