The 631RFUR-1 is a 1.5-amp regulated DC power controller housed in a compact 12" × 12" × 4" steel cabinet. It delivers field-selectable 12 or 24VDC output from standard 115 VAC input — solving the power distribution problem for access control systems that need consolidated, regulated supply with integrated battery backup. The regulated, filtered linear output (Class 2) and isolated charging circuit make this the right choice for multi-door installations, retrofit projects, or primary power feeds where clean, stable DC is non-negotiable.
Compatibility
The 631RFUR-1 works with any access control panel or door strike system rated for 12 or 24VDC operation. The dual-voltage field selection means no separate SKU swaps — wire it once, set the jumper for your system voltage. Compatible with SDC strike controllers, electromagnetic locks, and credential readers in typical enterprise access control architectures. The isolated battery charging circuit (13.5/27 VDC, 250 mA output) supports standard lead-acid or gel-cell backup batteries, enabling fail-safe door release during power loss if your strike design requires it.
Installation Notes
Input requirement: 115 VAC, 800 mA, 50/60 Hz — standard office or data center branch circuit. The 1.5-amp output rating means you can drive approximately 36 watts at 24VDC (or 18 watts at 12VDC) before hitting the limit — account for strike duty cycle, lock-hold current, and any auxiliary loads (readers, sensors) on the same supply. Input and output surge protection are built in; visual LED status indicator and remote annunciation outputs let you monitor supply health from your control station or VMS. Optional 6-foot power cord (PC), key lock cover (KL), and power switches (PS1/PS1A) are available separately.
