Overview

The Panduit CJE6X88TGRD is a Mini-Com® Cat 6A UTP RJ45 TG Jack Module engineered for robust network terminations in challenging environments. Its corrosion-resistant design, featuring a polymer-based gel, protects electrical contacts and internal components from moisture and corrosive elements like salt, ensuring improved long-term performance. This module is ideal for industrial, outdoor, or marine applications where network integrity is critical. The TG style termination simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a specialized termination tool, making it suitable for field installations or rapid deployments. Each jack is individually serialized for traceability.

Compatibility

This jack module is designed to terminate 4-pair, 22-26 AWG twisted pair cable. It is fully compatible with Panduit Mini-Com Modular Patch Panels and Faceplates. The module supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE++), ensuring it can handle high-power network devices without performance degradation.

Installation Notes

The TG style termination mechanism simplifies the termination process, requiring no specialized tools beyond standard cable preparation. The module exceeds channel and component requirements of ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO 11801 standards for Cat 6A performance. It is also UL 1863 and UL 2043 compliant, and RoHS compliant.
