The FPO75/150-C8PD8PE2 is a 75W class 2 power distribution enclosure built for access control and low-voltage security systems. It supplies 8 dedicated lock outputs and 8 auxiliary outputs from a single power source, eliminating the need to run individual power lines to each door controller or mag lock. The dual-rating (75W at full 2.5A per output, or 150W when outputs share load) means you can scale from small single-door installations to multi-door access control clusters without swapping hardware.
The FPO75/150-C8PD8PE2 integrates with standard 12V and 24V access control systems—mag locks, electric strikes, request-to-exit buttons, motion sensors, and auxiliary relay loads up to 2.5A per output on class 2 circuits. It pairs with common access control panels (Honeywell, Bosch, Salto, ASSA ABLOY, and generic 12/24V controllers) that output dry relay contacts or low-voltage switching signals. E2 enclosure rating handles typical indoor commercial environments (lobbies, server rooms, electrical closets). Not rated for wet locations or outdoor mounting—install inside conditioned space only.
Class 2 power-limited output (2.5A maximum per output) means no additional overcurrent protection is required by code on individual loads under 2.5A. Wire all 8 lock and 8 auxiliary outputs independently—do not parallel outputs unless the combined load does not exceed the per-output current rating. Use 18 AWG minimum wire for runs under 50 feet; step up to 16 AWG for longer runs to minimize voltage drop on solenoid coils. Verify your power supply delivers 12V or 24V at the input terminals before wiring loads. The enclosure accepts standard terminal block connectors—no soldering required.
