For data center and enterprise deployments where the SR630 V4 handles compute-intensive or mission-critical workloads, locking in a multi-year service contract at deployment time eliminates the cost and scheduling uncertainty of per-incident repairs over a five-year operational window.

Compatibility

This service contract is written specifically for the ThinkSystem SR630 V4 (7D73, 7D74, 7D75 machine types). It does not apply to SR630 V3, SR650 V4, or other ThinkSystem platforms — verify the machine type of your installed unit before purchasing. The NBD response SLA is subject to geographic availability; confirm on-site coverage for your facility's location prior to procurement, as remote or rural sites may experience adjusted response windows.

Installation Notes

Activation requires registering the contract against the SR630 V4 serial number through Lenovo's support portal. Retain proof of purchase and server serial documentation — technician dispatch is tied to registered serial numbers.
