If you are deploying the SR630 as a storage-forward compute node — surveillance archive, video analytics server, or data-intensive edge workload — this kit is the mechanism that unlocks the full 10-bay front-bay complement without sourcing a pre-configured CTO chassis.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Lenovo ThinkSystem SR630 (7X01, 7X02) 1U rack server platform. The U.2 interface supports NVMe solid-state drives as well as SAS/SATA 2.5-inch drives depending on the installed HBA or RAID adapter.
