This unit pairs an Intel Xeon 6-core processor (12 threads) with 32GB RAM and 36TB usable storage capacity — enough to sustain concurrent recording from dozens of IP cameras without throughput degradation. The system runs Windows Server 2022 Standard with pre-installed Video Insight Enterprise Server software, enabling Active Directory authentication and rapid search across full retention periods. Hardware is NDAA-compliant, meeting federal procurement standards for sensitive installations. The NVR-R-1-36TB-V5 ships fully configured and tested, ready for out-of-the-box deployment in enterprise environments.
Compatibility
This recorder integrates with any ONVIF-compliant IP camera — works across Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, i-PRO, and other standards-based camera lines. Dual 1GbE ports support sustained ingest at 150–300 Mbps (recommended rate) or up to 1 Gbps maximum throughput. Compatible with Windows Server 2022 domain environments and Video Insight management systems for centralized multi-site oversight. Storage subsystem uses up to four 3.5" enterprise SATA drives in RAID 5 configuration (H740 controller with onboard encryption and TPM 2.0) — protects against single-drive failure in continuous recording scenarios.
