Overview

The Panduit FHCWA-12-10U is an HD Flex™ OM5 fiber cassette designed for high-density data center applications. It provides a configurable, universal polarity solution with ultra-low insertion loss, enabling efficient cable organization and accelerated deployment. This cassette utilizes 12 fibers, connecting standard LC duplex ports to an MPO male connector, suitable for backbone or high-speed interconnects.

Compatibility

This FHCWA-12-10U cassette is part of the Panduit HD Flex™ system, designed to integrate with Panduit's broader fiber optic enclosures and panels. Its MPO male connector and LC duplex adapters are industry-standard, ensuring compatibility with most structured cabling systems that support OM5 fiber and MPO/LC terminations. It is intended for use within Panduit HD Flex™ enclosures.

Installation Notes

The cassette features a polycarbonate housing and comes with 6 color-coded lime green LC duplex adapters, each with integrated shutters to protect against contamination and laser light. The universal polarity design simplifies installation and future changes. Ensure proper connector cleaning before mating to maintain optimal performance and prevent signal degradation.
