Overview
The Geovision 125-TBL8804-0000 is a compact, modular IP camera sensor designed for integrators who need flexible form-factor options in confined or retrofit installations. At 137 x 233 x 160 mm and 3.64 lb, this unit works in applications where standard bullet or dome housings won't fit—retail alcoves, narrow ledges, corner shelving, or pole-mounted scenarios. The module includes a 4mm fixed lens (86° horizontal FOV, F/2.0), 1/2.7" image sensor, and automatic IR-cut filter with integrated IR LED plus two warm LEDs for seamless day/night operation.
Compatibility
This module integrates with Geovision's mount ecosystem: convex and concave corner mounts (GV-Mount300-2, GV-Mount310-2), pole-mount brackets (GV-Mount440, GV-Mount440-1), and wall-mount brackets (GV-Mount504). Mount selection determines final footprint and installation angle—corner mounts add 60–80 mm in width or height, pole brackets fit Ø 67–127 mm steel straps. Pair with standard Geovision PoE adapters (GV-PA191 or GV-PA301 for gigabit) or a PoE-enabled network switch for power delivery. The module outputs standard IPCAM-category cabling and supports H.265 compression, ensuring compatibility with ONVIF-capable VMS platforms and legacy H.264 fallback on network constraints.
Installation Notes
Power draw via PoE 802.3af (standard 13W budget) means no external power supply is required—single cable simplifies routing in tight spaces. Lens is factory-fixed at 4mm; field-of-view adjustments require mount angle selection or repositioning. Automatic day/night mode transitions at ~5 lux threshold; IR LEDs activate in darkness without manual switching. Mount compatibility is strict: verify pole diameter and corner concavity before ordering brackets. Warm LED inclusion (alongside IR) minimizes over-illumination artifacts common in retail corridors and lobby areas where IR-only setups can wash out texture.
