Overview

The CWG26F4T22M is a 26-port managed switch designed for surveillance and commercial IP deployments where you need a fixed footprint that won't chew up your power budget. 22 RJ-45 gigabit ports plus 2 combo (RJ-45/SFP) and 2 dedicated SFP slots give you fiber uplink options without forcing you to sacrifice twisted-pair connections at the edge. Built for 1-RU rack mounting, it draws a maximum of 25 watts — critical when your facility power is metered or you're running off backup power during extended outages.

Compatibility

This switch integrates with standard IP camera deployments (Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and equivalent ONVIF-compliant devices), network video recorders (NVRs), and VMS platforms that operate over standard Ethernet. The switch handles VLAN traffic (4,000 max VLANs supported), so it plays well with segmented surveillance networks and multi-tenant environments. SFP combo ports accept either copper RJ-45 or fiber SFP modules, allowing you to extend camera runs via single-mode or multimode fiber where distance or EMI is a concern — useful for bridging buildings or crossing noisy industrial areas.

Installation Notes
