Overview

The Panduit Pan-Net™ CJ688TGIG is a Category 6 UTP RJ45 TG style module jack designed for terminating 22-26 AWG, 4-pair twisted-pair cable. This jack is 100% factory tested to exceed industry standard requirements, ensuring reliable network performance. Its TG termination style eliminates the need for a separate termination tool, simplifying installation. Each jack features an individual serial number for traceability. The Gris international color provides clear identification in structured cabling deployments.

Compatibility

This module jack is compatible with all Panduit Mini-Com™ modular patch panels and faceplates. It supports ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA channel requirements for 10GBASE-T transmission up to 100 meters at frequencies up to 500 MHz. It also meets component requirements for ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA at 500 MHz. The jack is rated for 2,500 cycles with IEEE 802.3af / 802.3at and proposed 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4, indicating suitability for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications.

Installation Notes

The TG termination style simplifies field termination, removing the need for a specialized punch-down tool.
