Description

Panduit ABMS-A-D Cable Tie Mount Adhesive 1.1" x 1.1"

Overview

The Panduit ABMS-A-D is a 1.1" x 1.1" adhesive-backed cable tie mount designed for secure and organized cable management in IT, security, and industrial environments. This mount provides a stable anchor point for standard cable ties, ensuring that wiring harnesses remain tidy and protected against vibration or movement. Its compact size and strong adhesive backing make it suitable for applications where drilling is not feasible or desired, such as on finished surfaces or inside sensitive equipment enclosures. The ABMS-A-D is a key component for maintaining infrastructure integrity and simplifying future maintenance tasks.

Compatibility

This mount is designed to accept standard Panduit cable ties (sold separately) and is compatible with a wide range of Panduit cable management systems. It is suitable for use with various surveillance equipment, network devices, and automation components where reliable cable routing is essential. The adhesive backing ensures a firm grip on clean, dry, non-porous surfaces commonly found in control cabinets, server racks, and equipment chassis.

Installation Notes

For optimal adhesion, the mounting surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants. Apply firm pressure for at least 30 seconds after placement to ensure the adhesive bonds effectively. The recommended operating temperature range for the adhesive is between 50°F (10°C) and 100°F (38°C). Avoid exposing the mount to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures immediately after installation, allowing adequate time for the bond to cure.
