The APC Smart-ups SRT2200RMXLI is a 2.2 kVA / 1980 W rack-mountable UPS employing a double-conversion (online) topology. This design isolates connected equipment from virtually all power disturbances by continuously regenerating clean sine wave power, making it ideal for sensitive IT infrastructure, network closets, and critical server environments where uninterrupted, stable power is paramount. Its 2U rack height ensures efficient space utilization within standard server racks. The SRT2200RMXLI offers robust protection against voltage fluctuations, brownouts, and blackouts.

Compatibility

This UPS is designed to protect a wide range of 230V electronic equipment. It is suitable for use with servers, network switches, storage arrays, and other critical IT hardware requiring stable power. The unit accepts input voltages from 100V to 275V and provides regulated output voltages between 220V and 240V, ensuring compatibility with standard commercial power grids and specific load requirements. It is compatible with various network management cards for remote monitoring and control.

Installation Notes

The SRT2200RMXLI requires a standard 230V power input connection. It features integrated rack-mounting hardware for installation into standard 19-inch racks, occupying 2U of vertical space. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to maintain optimal operating temperature, as it generates heat during operation. An Emergency Power Off (EPO) port is provided for immediate shutdown in critical situations. Audible alarms and web-based management capabilities facilitate monitoring and status updates.
