Overview

The Aiphone NI-SOFT is PC-based call event log software designed to document and analyze calling activity across NIM intercom installations. If you need auditable records of who called, who answered, and when—for compliance, usage tracking, or system performance troubleshooting—this software collects that data from your NIM master stations and delivers it to a connected workstation for charting and reporting.

Compatibility

Integrates with NIM-series master stations, specifically the NIM-20B and NIM-40B. Connects via RS-232 serial connection. This is the right tool for facilities already running NIM intercom systems that need call activity documentation without replacing hardware.

Installation Notes

Connects to a compatible NIM master station using the included RS-232 cable (approximately 40 feet). Install on any Windows-compatible workstation with available serial port or USB-to-serial adapter. No power supply or additional cabling required beyond what ships in the box.
