ACTi PMAX-0514 Pole Mount for A950

Overview

The PMAX-0514 is a pole-mount bracket purpose-built for the ACTi A950 2MP camera. Use this when you need to mount the A950 on standard poles, columns, or structural supports in outdoor surveillance deployments. The mount accepts PoE (802.3af) pass-through, so the attached camera draws power and network over a single cable run — no separate power supply required at the pole.

Installation Notes

Mount the PMAX-0514 directly to a standard vertical pole using the integral U-bolt or clamp assembly. Route the network cable from your PoE switch or injector down the pole interior or along the exterior (use UV-rated conduit or cable gutter for outdoor runs). Connect the A950 to the mount's pass-through connector; power and network flow uninterrupted. Ensure the mounting pole is vertical and rated for wind load in your region — pole flex under load can shift the camera's aim.
