Overview

The Panduit UTP28X7GY is a 7-foot Cat 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed Ethernet applications, including 10GBASE-T. Its compact 28 AWG solid conductor construction simplifies installation in dense environments like data centers, supporting server virtualization and backbone aggregation. The cable features a CM/LSZH rating for flammability compliance and is Gray in color.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to meet ANSI/TIA-1096-A and IEC 60603-7 standards, ensuring interoperability with standard RJ45 connectors. It specifically supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE applications with up to 48 cables in a bundle and IEEE 802.3bt type 3 and type 4 PoE applications with up to 24 cables in a bundle.
