Overview

The Panduit UTP28X1VL is a 1-foot Cat6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed network infrastructure. Its compact 28 AWG solid conductor construction simplifies installation in dense environments, particularly within data centers for applications like 10GBASE-T Ethernet, I/O consolidation, and server virtualization. The integrated tangle-free latch ensures secure connections and easy management during moves, adds, and changes.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered for Cat6A performance, supporting 10GBASE-T Ethernet up to 100 meters. It meets IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards for Power over Ethernet, supporting up to 48 cables in a bundle for 802.3af/at and up to 24 cables in a bundle for 802.3bt type 3 and type 4 applications. The cord is compatible with standard RJ45 modular plugs and systems adhering to IEC 60603-7 and ANSI/TIA-1096-A standards.
